Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a broker has confirmed availability in writing. Hourly rates include crew, fuel for the planned route, soft drinks, towels, snorkelling gear and insurance unless stated otherwise. Catering, premium drinks and marina fees are quoted before booking.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 7 days ahead for a full refund, 3–7 days ahead for a 50% refund, and within 3 days the booking is non-refundable but may be rescheduled once free of charge, subject to availability.
Weather
If the captain judges conditions unsafe, the trip is rebooked to the next suitable date or refunded in full — your choice. Light rain alone is not grounds for cancellation; the sea decides, not the forecast screenshot.
On board
Guest counts may never exceed the yacht’s licensed capacity. The captain’s decisions on safety, routes and swim stops are final. Smoking is allowed only on designated deck areas. Damage caused by guests is charged at cost.
