What we collect
When you send an enquiry or make a booking we collect your name, contact details, trip preferences (dates, destination, group size) and payment information needed to complete the booking. Our site also records basic technical data such as pages visited, for security and improvement.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to enquiries, confirm and operate charters, process payments securely through our payment provider, and — only with your consent — send occasional offers. We never sell personal data.
Sharing & storage
Information is shared only with the crew and service providers needed to run your trip (for example the payment processor and the marina). Data is stored securely and kept only as long as needed for bookings, accounts and legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@azura-yachts.com. We reply to every request within 30 days.
